Manager & Team
You will report directly to
Angéline Fillon, Group Product Manager at iBanFirst. She oversees the Client Lifecycle & Distribution channels team, which focuses on improving user adoption, ****retention and ecosystem integration.
The current team is composed of 1 Lead Product Manager, two Product Managers and a contractor supporting the team during growth phase.
What will you do
You will play a key role in enhancing the user-facing experience of iBanFirst’s platform : you will be responsible for and act as the primary interlocutor for client platform UX-UI improvements.
You will also contribute to:
- Ensuring the performance of existing FX and payment journeys on iBanFirst platform for our 10K ie new user experience, onboarding, performance of the conversion...
- Developing new channels & devices experience ie connectivity's to ecosystems
- Adding value-added services based on FX & Payment capabilities ie cash management services
In this role, you will work closely with:
- A squad of developers
- Developers from cross-functional squads for dependent topics (front-end and back-end impacts)
- UX/UI teams
- Product Marketing teams
- QA engineers
- Their manager & other Product team members
Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Design, prepare the development, and launch features, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and their ecosystems through qualitative or quantitative studies.
- UX Design: Collaborate with the design team to create an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Project Management: Prioritize tasks, specify development requirements, and manage timelines using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Monitoring: Ensure that deliverables meet deadlines, established quality standards and market-fit.
- Go-To-Market Preparation: Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to identify opportunities, analyze competition, define, and validate product-market fit.
- Participation in Tests & User Research: Actively contribute to testing phases, manage feedback sessions, and integrate necessary adjustments.
Role Objectives
- In 3 months: Take full ownership of a specific scope, understand the existing product and internal processes, and establish strong internal relationships.
- In 6 months: Deliver impactful features, be the go-to person on your topics, and contribute to roadmap planning.
- In 12 months: Drive strategic topics, identify future opportunities, and support broader product initiatives linked to platform scalability and ecosystem integration.
What do you bring
- Experience: at least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in developing digital services or products using agile methods and incorporating user journey approaches. Ideally, you have knowledge of B2B needs and/or SaaS and/or financial/banking products.
- Proactivity: Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Iterative Approach: Test, gather feedback, analyze key KPIs to adjust strategies and pivot if necessary.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions.
- UX Sensitivity: Expertise in analyzing and designing end-to-end engaging user experiences.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to prioritize and be ready to iterate and pivot based on data and changing circumstances.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams across departments, in an international context requiring cross-squad alignment.
- Interest in New Technologies/Innovation and Client Ecosystem: Proactive monitoring of emerging trends.
