Initiating, managing and realizing various initiatives within the portfolio. Formulating, analyzing and discussing desired results with both internal and external stakeholders. The Lead is a valuable and critical discussion partner for the COO and management and coordinates at all levels of the organization. Managing the development and realization of innovations by various innovation teams. In doing so, the lead adjusts based on business value, budget and the reality of the organization and available resources.
