About The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to help shape and scale key parts of our climate-tech SaaS platform. You’ll be hands-on with discovery, delivery, and optimization, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring high-impact products to life.

This role is ideal for someone with a B2B SaaS or fintech product background who’s ready to take ownership, thrive in a startup environment, and contribute to solutions that make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery to launch to iteration
• Translate customer problems into valuable product features
• Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, and market-fit alignment
• Support pricing, packaging, and positioning efforts alongside leadership
  
  

Execution & Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality features
• Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile product rituals
• Make data-driven decisions balancing customer needs and tech feasibility
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders
  
  

Customer Insights & Innovation

• Interact directly with users to gather insights, validate ideas, and guide development
• Stay updated on industry trends in climate tech, B2B SaaS, and fintech
• Identify opportunities to enhance our products’ value and usability
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a doer and a thinker — someone who enjoys solving real problems, shipping great products, and growing fast in a collaborative environment.

Must-Have

• 3–6 years of product management experience
• Background in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Strong grasp of agile development and product workflows
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• User-first mindset with a bias for action and experimentation

• Experience working at a startup or early-stage company
• Exposure to climate tech, carbon markets, or ESG platforms
• Comfortable working with APIs, dashboards, or data-rich tools
