Location: Hybrid in Miramar (Monday-Thursday), Friday Remote

Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire


Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, guest-obsessed Product Manager to lead multiple guest facing revenue-generating digital products across a globally recognized travel/hospitality corporation. The ideal candidate will blend product ownership expertise, hospitality business acumen, and creative insight to unlock new streams of revenue and improve operational efficiency onboard.

This role is part of the IT and Onboard Revenue team, working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of guest-facing revenue products (e.g., photo, retail, spa, video experiences, wedding, and more).
  • Partner closely with revenue management, hotel operations, and guest experience teams to identify unmet needs, market gaps, and innovation opportunities.
  • Define product strategy, feature requirements, roadmaps, and business cases to support capital allocation and growth planning.
  • Translate business goals into compelling product visions and create persuasive presentations to influence executive decision-makers.
  • Prioritize features, manage agile backlogs, and work with development and design teams to deliver scalable, guest-centric solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, guest feedback, and revenue metrics to continuously iterate and optimize.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on product direction, balancing guest experience with business outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, owning and scaling multiple products simultaneously.
  • Strong background in hospitality, travel, or entertainment industries with a focus on guest-facing revenue-generating products.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and pitch compelling business cases and capital proposals.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product roadmapping tools (Jira, Aha, or similar), and user story writing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and customer behavior.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, operations, and finance.
  • Bonus points for prior cruise line, resort, or large-scale hospitality experience.
