Zynx Health is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Product Manager to manage an established product while driving the execution of its next-generation version. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product-market fit, shaping roadmap priorities, and supporting successful adoption of our clinical decision support solutions across healthcare systems.

This role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate user needs into impactful product features and compelling product narratives. In addition to core product development responsibilities, you’ll support go-to-market efforts—including launch planning, sales enablement, and refinement of messaging and positioning based on performance insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing tactical enhancements with long-term strategic goals
  • Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams early in the product lifecycle to validate product-market fit and define positioning
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and inform product direction
  • Translate healthcare professional workflows and clinical pain points into well-scoped MVPs and product requirements
  • Partner with Engineering to estimate, prioritize, and deliver features through agile sprints
  • Monitor usage data, KPIs, and customer feedback to refine roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Support product launch planning, including resource coordination, internal readiness, and training
  • Contribute to the creation of client-facing tools and enablement resources (e.g., demo scripts, FAQs, training decks, launch collateral)
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders through effective communication and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency within the product lifecycle

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare IT, health tech, or B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of product marketing concepts, including product-market fit, positioning, messaging, and buyer personas
  • Demonstrated success launching new products or major features in agile environments
  • Experience conducting competitive and market analysis to drive product differentiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill complex clinical and technical ideas into clear concepts
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset for interpreting KPIs and driving continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with clinical decision support (CDS), healthcare workflows, or EHR integration is highly desirable
  • BA/BS required; MBA or clinical degree (e.g., RN, MD, NP) a plus
  • Willing to travel up to 10%

In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in Los Angeles, CA. The reasonable estimate, if hired in Los Angeles is $103,000.00 - $135,000.00. Please note this information is specific to those hired in location. If this role is open to candidates outside of location, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate’s starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
