Your mission
As a
Product Manager (Licensing Platform), you will own the strategy, development, and optimization of UiPath licensing solutions. Acting as the bridge between technical execution and business goals, you’ll ensure our licensing platform is scalable, customer-centric, and compliant with global standards. This role demands a blend of technical understanding, strategic vision, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Define Strategy & Vision: Shape the future of the Licensing Platform by analyzing customer needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Own the Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, balancing near-term priorities with long-term innovation. Align with key stakeholders and validate with strategic customers.
- Drive Feature Development: Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and other product teams to deliver high-quality licensing features. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and ensure timely execution.
- Enhance User Experience: Translate complex licensing requirements into intuitive, seamless user experiences that simplify adoption and compliance.
- Champion the Product: Promote the licensing vision internally and externally - engage with strategic customers, partners, and represent UiPath at industry events. Create impactful collateral such as presentations, white papers, and value propositions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Support to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and customer enablement.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of licensing trends, technologies, and competitor strategies. Provide thought leadership to keep UiPath at the forefront of licensing innovation.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand key use cases, gather feedback, and continuously refine product capabilities.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on licensing systems, platform products, or related technical domains.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, API integrations, and modern licensing technologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data and business requirements into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from end-users to executive leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality outcomes on time.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with software pricing strategies and licensing models (SaaS, subscription, consumption-based, etc.).
- Familiarity with compliance, security, and regulatory considerations in software licensing.
- Background in working with global, cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Exposure to enterprise software environments and customer-facing roles.
