Responsibilities: 1. Collect and synthesize information from customers and internal organizations to product concept development and product planning. 2. Define a product roadmap and strategy by leveraging market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research. 3. Support business development team in marketing product and technologies to potential customers and markets. 4. Develop and refine product strategy and roadmap with clear product positioning and rigorous business case support. 5. Ensure that products meet all key criteria, such as specified functionality, performance, manufacturability, reliability, marketability, cost targets, and sustainability. 6. Take lead in collecting customers needs and generating technical schemes. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in electrical or related field of study required. Master's degree or higher preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of ESS or storage battery Product Management experience. 3. Strong business communication skills, to include both written and oral. 4.
