As a Product Manager at Santa Browser, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the browser. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver impactful product features and improvements. You will also play a key role in gathering and analyzing user feedback to ensure the product aligns with market needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define Product Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals and customer needs.
Feature Development: Drive product development from ideation to execution, working closely with engineering and design teams.
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to prioritize features that enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution and successful launches.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from early concept to post-launch iteration and optimization.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to make informed decisions, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize product features.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Prioritize Backlog: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in software, mobile apps, or browsers.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user data, market trends, and product performance to inform decisions.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Proven track record of working with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver successful products.
User Focus: Passion for understanding user needs and turning insights into actionable product improvements.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey product ideas and decisions to both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with Agile: Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
Bonus: Experience with web technologies and browser architecture & experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
