• Build trusting relationship with GIL business partners, both internal and external to the organization
• Advise senior stakeholders on the most appropriate product set-up based on a set of technical requirements received from the product sponsor
• Coordinate feasibility assessment within GIL internal functions and liaise with the product’s sponsor to understand and to refine the product requirements
• Create, initiate, and adjust project plans according to the product sponsor’s needs and requirements
• Coordinate in autonomy the end-to-end product delivery, from the structuration phase to the final implementation within GIL as well as with the relevant GIL external service providers
• Identify the required resources and allocate responsibilities across various GIL teams to ensure that the product delivery remains within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored
• Ensure adequate and efficient communication on the product implementation status is provided to GIL internal functions and GIL business partners
• Identify, address, and mitigate product implementation risks and issues
• Set up appropriate reporting and, where relevant, initiate escalation to senior management

The completion of the above tasks will require a daily cooperation with various GIL’s departments such as Legal, Compliance, Distribution & Marketing, Operations, and Risk Management.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in a Business Implementation/Product Management role
• Excellent academic track record in one of the following fields, business, administration, economics or finance
• Sound knowledge of the (supervisory) legal and regulatory requirements of investment funds (AIF and UCITS)
• Knowledge of sustainability topics (SFDR, Taxonomy Regulation, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills such as flexibility and ability to deal with different departments within the organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and handle deadlines without supervision
• Outstanding communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to detail technical information to produce concise and effective presentations
• Solid skills in Microsoft Suite, with a particular focus on MS PowerPoint
• Fluent in English language, written and spoken
• Ability to work in an international multicultural environment
• Hands-on, curious, highly-motivated and energetic, flexible, thorough and with a deep sense of client’s interest and with a clear focus on results
