Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in defining product strategy based on a deep understanding of market challenges and innovative solutions informed by thorough research and analysis for our fraud product group. In this role you will be joining a team of product managers focused on Fraud, reporting to the Head of Product Management - Fraud and Managed Services at CSI. You will also work cross functionally with Technical Product Owners and Development teams, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to drive remarkable marketplace results. The Fraud Product Manager will:

  • Oversee and manage new product enhancement requests and ideas, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy. Decline requests that do not fit the strategy promptly.
  • Develop detailed epic and feature documentation that highlights market problems, empowering designers and developers to create effective solutions. Clearly explain personas and use cases to define problems and solutions.
  • Manage and refine product backlogs, ensuring priorities are current. Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner to provide context and details for effective squad delivery.
  • Create and manage product roadmaps to align with the product strategy, working with Product Line Leaders to review and validate changes.
  • Provide market and solution information to support channel opportunities, customer support, deep dive demos, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Leaders to gather information for pricing models, schedules, and supplementals, ensuring financial targets (e.g., ROI, profit margin) are considered in the financial model.
  • Assist Product Marketing in creating tools for ongoing sales channel enablement for prospects and customers.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the products and features you are responsible for.
  • Fulfill any additional duties assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • 4+ years relevant work experience specifically in Product Management
  • Experience with Fraud preferably Account Takeover (ATO)
  • Strategic Product Management Experience – Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong Market Research & Analytical Skills – Proven ability to gather, analyze, and apply market intelligence to define strategy and identify customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Skilled in partnering with architecture, engineering, marketing, and leadership to deliver business-aligned product outcomes.
  • Financial Acumen – Experience developing business cases, pricing models, and ROI analyses to support strategic decisions and financial targets.
  • Industry Thought Leadership – Ability to represent products and the company in industry settings as a knowledgeable and credible subject matter expert.
  • Pragmatic Certified Level II (minimum) – preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
