About the Company: for an important FinTech company, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

The figure will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring the product vision to life and drive company growth. In particular, it will deal with:

• User & Market Insights: analyze customer pain points and gather user feedback to guide product development.
• Competitive Analysis: monitor industry trends and integrate market insights to refine product strategy.
• Process Implementation: establish core product management processes, including backlog prioritization, user stories, and bug reporting.
• Cultural & Strategic Leadership: foster a product-focused culture that emphasizes user-centric problem solving.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: define and track KPIs and SLOs, aligning product decisions with business goals to maximize profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to create impactful product solutions.
• Strategic Planning: develop and prioritize product roadmaps, focusing on hypothesis-driven, small-increment testing.
• Stakeholder Communication: partner with the CEO to ensure clear communication of product plans, sprint demos, and release updates.
  
  

Job Requirements

Must have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Product Manager role, ideally in startups or fast-growing environments.
• Technical educational background, for example Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, STEM degrees.
• Business-level proficiency in English and experience working with international teams and customers.
• Strong commitment to working in a startup, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in developing customer-centric products, focusing on understanding the "why" behind every feature.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive projects across departments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or Lean Startup principles.
• Basic understanding of software development and market trends.
• Basic knowledge of legal topics, particularly within the fintech industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a builder’s mindset with a focus on personal growth.

• Experience in product management at a seed-stage startup (under 10 employees), focusing on early product strategy, MVP development.
• Experience in product development within the FinTech industry.
• Engineering background or software development experience.
• Knowledge of digital product UX/UI design.
