Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data engineering and analytics initiatives.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders (e.g., Data Engineers, Analysts, Business Teams).
• Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and definition of done
• Work closely with engineering, product and analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring strong collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and blockers, proactively driving resolution.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement in both product development and project delivery.
• Advocate for the users’ needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Stay informed about data and analytics trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role — preferably in a data, analytics, or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of data products, data pipelines, data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery), and analytics platforms.
• Solid experience managing technical projects (data engineering or analytics projects are a plus).
• Proven ability to write clear product documentation and project plans.
• Strong skills in agile project management (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across teams with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
