Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you'll take ownership of product segments from concept through production, playing a key role in research, development, coordination, and execution. This is a great opportunity for a professional with 3–5 years of experience looking to make a direct impact in a small, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Led and managed product lines across various markets, driving new product development initiatives from ideation through production.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities—especially within targeted sectors like food service casters.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to create product drawings and ensure all technical documentation is accurate and current.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings (every Tuesday) to stay aligned with team goals and customer needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $60K- $70K base
• Bonus Opportunity = 5% of base salary (based on individual performance & company performance paid year end)
• Projected 1st year OTE = $65k -$75k
