The Product Manager partners with the business and marketing teams to manage a technical portfolio of products from ideation to strategy as well as development, supply and execution. This position evaluates potential business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of market data, market trends, voice of customer and the competitive environment. Additionally, the Product Manager partners with Marketing team to translate findings into requirements and go-to market strategies.
Your Impact
* Leads technical aspects of product development, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
* Translate product vision into actionable technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and collaborating with engineers and designers
* Take ownership of product portfolio to ensure alignment with cross-functional strategies
* Analyze the portfolio markets, understand competitors and trends
* Partner with Marketing on voice of customer research from health systems, referral source specialties, patients and internal stakeholders while segmenting the market and identify target audiences
* As needed in-clinic discovery and product support activities for the benefit of the portfolio development efforts
* Identify critical success factors and work with a cross functional team to develop solutions for all stages of the product lifecycle
* Develop data-driven strategies supported with ROI analyses and gain alignment from cross-functional leaders and approval from leadership team
* Work with content strategy team to develop a value proposition that will resonate with each of the target audiences
* Build and lead go-to-market plans that include both internal and external resources, trainings and communication plans
* Identify key performance indicators and report on strategy as well as present solutions when challenges arise
* Manage product mix and pricing strategies by working closely with supply chain, compliance, and finance
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or healthcare
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in technical product development/sales, marketing, or similar function (4 years with Advanced Degree)
* Project or Program management experience
* Launch strategy and execution experience
* Voice of customer communication experience
* Healthcare industry, medical device, or medical products experience is preferred

Pay range of $105,000- $134,000 + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
