Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap:

• Capture and Prioritize product features
• Organize and structure product roadmap information
• Capture and organize competitive information
• Assess market demands and gaps.
• Ensure product offerings meet market needs and drive adoption.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, marketing, sales
• Present the roadmap to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
  
  

Feature Specifications:

• Create complete feature Acceptance Criteria and specifications
• Organize UI mock-ups
• Ensure specifications are complete and free of gaps
• Organize information from Business Analysts
  
  

Product Release Management:

• Define KPIs around feature adoption
• Document release notes for both maintenance and feature releases
• Manage feedback loops and usage data to inform continuous product improvement
  
  

Requirements:

• High school degree. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with UI/UX design principles
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
