Develop localized product strategy based on global framework, local market trends and intelligence.
Manage product portfolio with strong core proposition and competitive differentiation
Optimize profitability with value based pricing and portfolio optimization
Drive growth in key channels with customized activations and promotions
Collaborate with HQ effectively for support through regular business updates, visits and projects
Closely collaborate with R&D to develop strong NPD pipeline and effective launch plan with compelling selling story and production planning coordination Requirements:
Education: Bachelor or above preferably in marketing
Experience: At least 5 years in marketing with strong business acumen and related experiences
Strong communication and project management skills
NPD management experiences from ideation to launch
Language: Fluent in English is a must, (both writing and speaking). Fluent in Mandarin.
