Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Testing Automation Product. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving product development from conception through to market launch. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our product, understanding market needs, and executing a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle for our Testing Automation Product. Ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify current gaps and understand market expectations. Use these insights to envision and shape a product that meets and exceeds market demands.
• Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze the competitive landscape. Develop strategies to position our product ahead of competitors and continuously improve our offering.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy, including the development of marketing collaterals, brochures, and promotional materials. Ensure effective execution and review the strategy regularly to adapt to market changes.
• Product Definition: Define product features, requirements, and specifications based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Acceptance Testing: Oversee acceptance testing of features post-development, ensuring they meet the required quality and functionality standards before release.
• Collaboration: Act as a key owner of the product and drive cross-team collaboration. Foster synergy among different teams to ensure alignment and support for the product direction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing technology products, preferably in the testing automation domain.
• Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
