Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while driving cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product features on time and within budget.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps that outline the vision and priorities for product development.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings based on user experience.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and measure product performance.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and team collaboration.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to drive product success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a relevant industry, preferably with a focus on alternate investments.
  • Strong skills in market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent strategic planning and product lifecycle management abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
