Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner with strong experience in the healthcare domain to lead product initiatives from ideation to delivery. You will be the key liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring that products align with strategic goals, regulatory standards, and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and define clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, compliance, and technical feasibility
• Drive sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions with Agile development teams
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure user-centric design
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform ongoing development
• Ensure products meet healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, etc.) and data privacy standards
• Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare domain challenges and product-market fit
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–9 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Proven experience working in the healthcare/healthtech domain (payers, providers, digital health platforms, EHR/EMR systems, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, ICD, CPT, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management suites
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or related fields
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent
• Experience working with international healthcare clients or regulatory frameworks (e.g., US, EU)
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in healthtech is a plus
