About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager with deep expertise in digital accessibility to lead and support initiatives that ensure our web and mobile platforms are inclusive, usable, and compliant with WCAG 2,1 AA standards. In this role, you’ll drive accessibility strategy and execution across our product suite—embedding accessibility into every stage of the development process. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, QA, and client services, you’ll prioritize accessibility improvements, oversee the creation and maintenance of VPATs/Accessibility Conformance Reports, and help define clear, achievable accessibility goals for each release.
You’ll also serve as a resource for both internal teams and external clients, occasionally engaging directly with schools and districts to support their compliance efforts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive design and committed to improving equitable access to digital tools in the K-12 education space.

● Partner with the Director of UI/UX & Accessibility to advocate for accessibility improvements and track progress across the platform
● Write detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories with a focus on inclusive use cases
● Contribute to accessibility testing strategies using tools such as WAVE, and assistive technologies like screen readers
● Stay current with evolving accessibility laws (ADA, Section 508) and standards
● Support customer success, marketing, and sales teams by communicating accessibility enhancements and addressing school-specific needs
● Engage with K-12 stakeholders to better understand the accessibility challenges faced by students, families, and school staff
