JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields. Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree in specific cases.
At least 2 years of experience in project management, product implementation, product analyst, business analyst or a related field is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding and intuition of user’s behavior
Passion in data-driven decision making
Solid oral and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, responsive and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
Strong communication skills and comfortable to communicate

Job Description

Conduct initial product orientations and presentations to introduce new products or features to stakeholders and end-users.
Develop and distribute materials (e.g., product guides, FAQs) to support awareness and understanding of new product functionalities.
Host informational sessions, webinars, or workshops as part of the rollout process.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess the adoption rate and usage patterns of new features.
Identify gaps in feature utilization and compile reports on insights, barriers, and user engagement
Develop strategies to improve feature utilization, including targeted user campaigns or refresher training.
Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to recommend adjustments or enhancements based on user behavior and feedback.
Regularly review usage data and prepare reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
