About the Role
In this role, you’ll apply your problem solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive a real impact. Expect autonomy in your work, support from a team that values continuous learning, and the chance to directly shape our solutions and strategy.
During the first few months in this role, you will work closely with product teams, data engineers, sales, and customer success to advance our data pipeline, focusing on real-time data ingestion, dimensional data modeling, anomaly detection, and enriching our data using dbt and Clickhouse. You will then flex into supporting and owning end-to-end execution of premium solutions with customers.
Responsibilities & skills
● Exhibit strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for tackling technical challenges involving data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
● Work closely with product, sales, and customer success to define and develop new dimensional data models using dbt
● Collaborate with sales and customer success to build new proprietary metrics and KPIs used by our customers
● Champion recurring, quantifiable value—operationalizing data in ways that deliver clear ROI and strengthen customer relationships
Experience
● Bachelor's degree in technical field such as Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
● Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining dimensional data models using dbt
● Outstanding expertise and hands on experience in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, ClickHouse). Clickhouse is a major plus.
● Understanding of time-series statistical methods for outlier detection (Prophet, ARIMA, Tukeys Fences)
● Proficiency in Python plus experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for dbt (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
● Expertise with ETL tools and best practices for large-scale data processing (Spark)
● Proven experience building data visualizations or applications (Tableau, Hex)
● Strong customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical solutions
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
