Principal Accountabilities： 1. 根据国家法规和规范要求，与总部技术沟通，制定全球标准系统在国内应用的适配和修改设计方案（比如遵循中国国标对铝合金门窗的最小壁厚要求做适配性研发） Communicate with HQ designer to create adapted and modified design propose for global standard systems according to national regulation and code requirement (e.g. minimal wall thickness for aluminum windows and doors that in GB defined)

• 根据市场研究报告和研发文件，开发适合目标市场的产品和部件 Follow market research report and R&D documents to develop product and components for target segment
• 根据客户和市场反馈，优化系统和设计方案 Optimization of system and solution depending on feedback from market and customer
• 基于旭格内部标准要求，与供应商商讨确定组件设计与技术规格，与供应链部门和质量管理团队一起进一步实现产品本土化
  
  

Follow Schueco standard, confirm item design and specification with supplier, together with supplier chain and QM to localize item

• 与加工工程师完成样品试制与性能测试，在研发过程中完成文档、遵循计划
  
  

Complete documentation and follow plan during R&D, processing together with fabrication engineer to accomplished mock-up and performance test

• 编写产品培训资料，为客户和销售提供咨询和技术支持 Compilating product training material, proving consultation and technical support to customer and sales 任职资格
  
  

Knowledge & Skills Required： 1. 理工科本科以上学历，机械或机电专业为佳 Bachelor degree or above with engineering or science background, major in mechanical engineering or mechatronic engineering

• 3年铝合金门窗行业技术背景工作经验，有产品研发、项目节点设计经验优先 3 years experience in aluminium WinDoor-industry, preferred having experience in product development, project section design 3. 熟悉国内外的门窗幕墙的相关标准 Familiar with Chinese and European standards in our industry 4. 具有创新属性、热爱学习、喜欢自主工作者适合 Innovative thinking, willingness of learning, self-owned working 5. 熟练使用AutoCAD，有3D建模、热工、力学等工程软件运用经验者优先 AutoCAD skill experienced, experience in 3D-modelling, thermal simulation, static calculation preferred 6. 具有一定的英语能力，大学英语4级及以上 Good at English, CET 4 or above level *欢迎关注《旭格招聘》公众号，了解更多企业信息＆员工福利 *本岗位薪资面议，所以页面显示的工资非实际工资，请各位候选人见谅
