We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Documentation Specialist to create and manage high-quality documentation for our software products. You will translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible content, ensuring our users have the resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, help guides, and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand the product and produce accurate, user-friendly content..
• Develop and update online help and troubleshooting resources to enhance the user experience.
• Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and industry best practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical writing or product documentation in the tech industry.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understandable for various audiences.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp).
