We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Developer to lead the design, development, and launch of innovative electronics and phone accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consumer electronics, market trends, and product lifecycle management. You will work closely with the design, marketing, sourcing, and engineering teams to bring new and exciting products to market.

• Research and analyze current market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products in electronics and mobile accessories.
• Conceptualize, develop, and improve product ideas based on market needs and brand direction.
• Create product specifications, sketches, prototypes, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, procurement, sales) from concept to production.
• Evaluate materials, finishes, and functionalities to ensure product quality and innovation.
• Source reliable manufacturers and suppliers, both locally and internationally.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the product development cycle.
• Conduct product testing and coordinate with quality assurance to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Gather user feedback and conduct performance reviews to enhance future products.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements in electronics and accessories.

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, specifically in electronics or phone accessories.
• Strong understanding of mobile technology trends, materials, and user experience.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Experience with prototyping, manufacturing processes, and supplier coordination.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
