  • Contract: W2, Contract
  • Duration: ASAP – 4 months (Maternity Leave Backfill)
  • Location: Hybrid – Tri-State Area (In-office 3 days/week)
  • Pay Range: $30-33/hour DOE


Brief Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to temporarily support our client’s Signature Intimates team, specifically focusing on the Bras and Panties categories. This individual contributor role will manage the product development process from prototype to pre-production, working closely with cross-functional partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of seasonal product initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate development of prototype products across the Bras and Panties lines
  • Act as point person on design and development details with vendor partners
  • Track product development timelines and ensure execution within key milestones
  • Create and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts
  • Manage weekly updates to composite materials to ensure effective communication with vendors, production, tech, and merchandising
  • Support costing analysis and sample tracking


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in product design or development (preferably in intimate apparel or fashion categories)
  • PLM tool experience preferably Centric
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry, costing, and lifecycle tracking of product
  • Must be located in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) and able to work on-site 3 days/week


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with costing analysis and vendor communications
  • Background in category ownership or team/project management
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle in fashion/apparel
