Job description:

Currently, we are looking for Product Data Manager, who will be responsible for developing, managing, and subsequently optimizing a Data Analytics Offering for the BL/ BU. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, incl. the Datahub team, marketing, product development, R&D, RUN and presales team to ensure we have a unique, innovative, exciting and comprehensive data offering to take to market. Your main focus on this position will be building the business plan and managing the product from high level perspective.

 

As our new Product Data Manager you will:

  • Understand our services completely and come up with new data-related features and offerings.
  • Research the market and competitors to find trends, opportunities, and risks, with help from business intelligence teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, technical challenges, and business requirements.
  • Turn customer needs into profitable technology solutions, whether new features, improvements, or entirely new products.
  • Develop strong value propositions and strategies to bring products to market, using data to drive business growth.
  • Plan and manage the data roadmap for the next five years, working with key internal teams.
  • Focus on features that offer the most value compared to the effort and risks involved.
  • Stay updated on new technology and digital solutions, helping to improve and expand our offerings.
  • Set pricing strategies that maximize profits while staying competitive.
  • Use AI to improve data analytics and customer experience.
  • Create and maintain documents about our products and services for different markets and customer segments.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data-related products.
  • Stay informed about product and data platform updates to ensure future-proof solutions.
  • Track product performance (e.g., customer return on investment, profit & loss, feature usage, KPIs) and make data-driven improvements.
  • Plan and manage communication campaigns to promote products.

 

To succeed on this position you should have the following:

  • Fluent in English, French is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Preferable education - MBA / business oriented field
  • Business oriented mindset - being focus on business cases, leaving the managing road maps in detailed the rest of the team, driven to deeply understand IDEMIA's position on the market
  • Data analytics skills - being able to work in data driven way, analyze data from the several source, make conclusions and proposal to the customers
  • Negotiating and selling skills
  • Ability to understand Customer needs in regard to data analytics and data management, create products that resonate with users 

 

This role may be located in Poland (Łódź), France (Paris) or Spain (Malaga). All locations required hybrid model of working.
