该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Evaluation Manager to lead the assessment and validation of new products and technologies prior to market launch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product evaluation process, ensuring product quality, performance, reliability, and customer expectations are met.

• Develop and lead the product evaluation strategy and roadmap across new and existing product lines.
• Design and oversee comprehensive testing protocols (functionality, performance, reliability, usability, etc.) for prototypes and pre-launch products.
• Manage cross-functional evaluation teams and external testing partners as needed.
• Analyze test data, summarize findings, and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to iterate on product refinements based on evaluation results.
• Define and track evaluation metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements are validated during evaluation.
• Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation plans during product development stages.
• Maintain documentation for evaluation procedures, reports, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in product evaluation methodologies, tools, and infrastructure. ________________________________________ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product evaluation, validation, or testing—ideally in a technology or hardware-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of product development life cycles and quality assurance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple evaluation projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms for data analysis, defect tracking, and performance testing.
• Experience with power product evaluation (DC-DC converters, LDOs, charge pump, boost...) is a strong plus.
