As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Product & Project Solution Manager to drive the end-to-end development, implementation, and management of integrated payment solutions. This role requires expertise in payment hardware (POS terminals, mobile devices, IoT payment solutions) and software (cloud-based payment platforms, APIs, security protocols, and SDKs). Additionally, this position will lead Key Account (KA) project management, ensuring seamless solution delivery and ongoing customer success.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams, ensuring solutions meet market demands, compliance requirements, and key client expectations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Solution Strategy Development

  • Define, develop, and manage hardware & software Data Capture and payment solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers (on POS terminals, chipsets, connectivity modules) and software teams (on firmware, APIs, cloud solutions) to create integrated offerings.
  • Evaluate emerging payment technologies (e.g., NFC, biometric authentication, AI-driven fraud detection) and drive adoption.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, EMV, PSD2).

2. Project & Key Account (KA) Management

  • Lead and execute KA projects for major clients, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for key clients, managing project timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Define project roadmaps, milestones, and risk management strategies, coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee solution customization, implementation, and post-deployment support for key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global partners, payment processors, and fintech providers.

3. Hardware & Software Solution Integration

  • Oversee the design, prototyping, and deployment of hardware solutions (e.g., payment terminals, IoT payment devices).
  • Guide software development teams in building firmware, APIs, and cloud-based platforms for seamless payment processing.
  • Ensure hardware-software interoperability, security compliance, and system performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance existing solutions and introduce innovative features.

4. Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Work closely with sales, business development, and key accounts to design and implement customized payment solutions.
  • Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations for clients and partners.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and recommending solution enhancements.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, acquirers, and financial institutions to expand market reach.

5. Compliance, Risk, & Security Management

  • Ensure all products meet industry security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HSM encryption, tokenization, biometric authentication).
  • Identify potential risks in hardware design, software deployment, and data security, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes impacting payment technologies and adjust solutions accordingly.

6. Performance & Market Analysis

  • Monitor solution performance post-deployment, collecting customer feedback and usage data for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on hardware, software, and payment services, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve product positioning, cost efficiency, and market adoption.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product & project management, solution management, or embedded payment systems.
  • Proven track record of managing Key Accounts (KA) and delivering large-scale payment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of payment hardware (POS terminals, mobile payments, IoT solutions) and software platforms (SaaS, APIs, SDKs, security encryption).
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and embedded systems development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, sales, and business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of global payment standards, compliance frameworks, and risk management strategies.


Preferred Skills

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with POS terminal manufacturers
  • Familiarity with mobile payments, blockchain-based payment solutions, or AI-driven fraud prevention.
