Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product and Business Operations Specialist located in Baar, with some work from home acceptable. The Product and Business Operations Specialist will optimize business operations, analyze performance, and maintain efficient communication. This role also ensures customer satisfaction through service management while supporting product and order fulfillment processes.

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Customer Demand Fulfillment: Managing customer requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.  
• Commercial Orders Management: Overseeing order processing, tracking, and coordination to optimize efficiency.  
• Customer Support: Providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.  
• Product Line Management: Assisting in product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and performance analysis.  
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishments, and optimizing inventory flow.  

Qualifications & Skillset:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Flexible, Agile and customer oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Experience with project management software and tools is a plus
• Experience or ability to work in scale-up environments
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• English, German, Swiss-German
• French and Italian is a plus
