Summary

Soni's client is seeking a Product and Analytics Manager! This position leads the development, management, and enhancement of products and analytics for a member-focused organization. The role ensures offerings align with evolving stakeholder needs and strategic goals, using data to inform decisions and improve member engagement. It involves close collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and volunteer committees to ensure the success of products and data initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of products from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Conduct market research, surveys, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Develop business cases, pricing models, and communication plans for new product initiatives.
  • Manage and support volunteer committees focused on product development, acting as a liaison with leadership.
  • Provide expert support to stakeholders beyond the scope of frontline customer service.
  • Analyze member feedback and data to improve products and increase engagement.
  • Develop and manage product budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting for leadership.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards to monitor performance across business areas.
  • Apply data visualization and management best practices to ensure data integrity and usability.
  • Create automated reporting tools and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Train staff in dashboard use and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product or service management, ideally in a nonprofit or association setting.
  • 7+ years in data analysis or a similar analytical role, preferably within a membership-based organization.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL.
  • Familiarity with AMS and LMS platforms; experience with data warehouses and integration tools a plus.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience with member engagement metrics, survey tools, and nonprofit operations.


Compensation: $68,000 to $85,000 annually

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
