Design Operations Producers at Meta are connectors and problem solvers. This Producer will be part of the Cross Meta Visual Systems (XMVS) team which sits within the Cross Meta Design System (XMDS) pillar of the Central Products Design organization. XMDS supports more than 25 apps and 100+ partner teams across every company pillar. This Producer would have the opportunity to partner with stakeholders across the company on very high priority projects.6+ years of experience in creative production Experience handling complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large scale 0 to 1 projects from concept to execution Experience working with product teams or programs from roadmapping through delivery Experience working directly with product designers, user experience researchers, and content designers Track record of operating independently and without oversight Experience leading product or business strategy in a fast-paced environment Experience managing vendors and contractors Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
