We are searching for a Procurement Specialist to support our site in Skopje, North Macedonia. You will process internal orders and communicate with suppliers. You will be a part of the global Supply Chain team and work in an international environment.

Position Summary:

Plans, implements and reports on procurement activities, selection and evaluation of suppliers, negotiation and proposals for contracting.

Major Responsibilities:

• Participates in the preparation of procurement plans;
• Plans the needs of materials and purchasing products according to the constructive and technological documentation;
• Reads and applies classmates, plans materials;
• Prepares requests for orders for the needs of transport, freight forwarding and customs services;
• Prepares or participates in the preparation of customs documentation;
• Provides and arranges the transportation of goods for the needs of the company and customers as needed;
• Receives internal and external orders, distributes them to procurement part of production;
• Monitors order execution and reports on workflow;
• Communicating with suppliers on terms of delivery, takes care of maintaining the corporate identity and image of the Company;
• Maintains databases and prepares analyzes and reports on materials and products;
• Following stock inventory.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economy, Business Logistics
• 2+ years of professional experience in Procurement
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• English and Macedonian languages fluency
• Experience in ERP and advanced Excel skills
