The Procurement Manager - Process, Tools, and Continuous Improvement plays a vital leadership role in Scientific Games, overseeing and enhancing the entire Source-to-Pay process. Responsibilities include documenting and optimizing the Source-to-Pay process and its sub-processes, delivering standardized tools to enhance procurement's value, and managing all continuous improvement within the procurement function. Job Description * Process Mapping and Optimization - Lead the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive effectiveness. Continuously refine sub-processes to align with organizational goals and best practices. * Comprehensive Documentation - Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all Source-to-Pay processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements. * Tool Development - Design and implement standardized tools and templates to enable procurement activities, such as RFP templates, supplier evaluation frameworks, risk management assessments, and department key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard. Drive adoption through intuitive designs and stakeholder engagement. * Tool Maintenance and Enhancement - Continuously evaluate and enhance existing procurement tools to ensure they remain up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs and industry trends. * Change Management - Highlight the ability to lead and manage change initiatives within procurement processes, tools, and systems.
