We’re looking for a Procurement & Quality Engineer who will own our end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing parts, materials, and specialized services to verifying that every delivery meets rigorous aerospace standards. You’ll be the bridge between suppliers, production, and engineering, keeping costs in check while safeguarding quality and traceability. Your responsibilities may evolve based on team needs and your unique skill set, fostering continuous learning and exciting opportunities for professional growth. 


Responsibilities 


  • Source and procure components, raw materials, and external services; qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders in the ERP system 
  • Track deliveries, resolve shortages or expedites, and maintain accurate supplier data 
  • Inspect incoming goods, validate certificates, dimensions, and material specs; log results and manage non-conformances 
  • Maintain quality records (FAIRs, CoCs) and support audits and procedure updates to certificates 
  • Cooperate with engineering, production, and test teams to align supply, quality, and schedule needs 
  • Report supplier performance, quality metrics, and cost-saving opportunities; lead continuous-improvement activities 


Requirements 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace Engineering, Supply‑Chain Management, or a related field 
  • 2 + years in a procurement, quality, or manufacturing‑engineering role, preferably in aerospace or high‑tech hardware 
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems and basic GD&T/metrology. 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier‑management skills 
  • Comfortable interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and certificates 
  • Familiarity with ERP software and standard MS Office tools. 
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) as well as Polish 


Nice to Have 


  • Experience with ECSS standards 
  • Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, AS9100) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt 
  • Knowledge of Export-control aspects for dual use items 
  • Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferably) 
  • Hands‑on inspection tools experience (CMM, laser scanner, surface‑finish tester) 
  • Background working with TRL > 6 hardware
