Job Summary:

We are seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to support the Source to Pay Lead in enhancing procurement capabilities across key initiatives. This role will focus on increasing spend under management, streamlining purchasing processes, optimizing supplier engagement, and supporting the implementation of the Coupa contracts module. The Procurement Manager will drive execution, track KPIs, manage stakeholder engagement, and support operational excellence in procurement systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Source to Pay Lead to mature the preferred supplier program and improve spend under management
• Track and report KPIs, support project planning, meeting facilitation, and risk tracking
• Manage procurement systems integration and serve as a point of escalation for sourcing and contracts support
• Oversee contract lifecycle support, including user training, license management, and helpdesk operations
• Lead or support implementation efforts for Coupa and other contracting platforms, including UAT and change management activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is a plus
• 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment
• Proven experience with Source-to-Pay systems (e.g., Coupa, Icertis, Zycus)
