🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for industrial goods (e.g., casting, forging, machining, steel)
• Conduct supplier audits, technical due diligence, and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)
• Lead contract negotiations, prepare RFQs, and benchmark costs
• Develop supplier clusters and implement localization strategies
• Collaborate with production, quality, and planning teams to align supply chain goals
• Design and enforce SOPs; monitor KPIs related to delivery, cost, and quality
• Build and maintain long-term, performance-driven vendor relationships

✅ What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in Automotive Products or Industrial Steel Manufacturing supply chain operations
• Proven experience in supplier evaluation, development, and audits
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in SAP/MM, MS Excel, and other procurement systems
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international sourcing practices
