We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize the franchise supply chain for our associate brands. The role involves sourcing, procurement, and logistics of food products such as ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook, frozen, retort, and processed foods. The ideal candidate will lead cost-effective procurement strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and drive initiatives to reduce costs while ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the franchise supply chain for associate brands.

● Oversee the procurement of food products (ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook, frozen, retort, and

processed foods).

● Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies and policies.

● Collaborate with the Business Head and regional supply chain teams to meet procurement

needs.

● Lead and strategize logistic initiatives with 4PL/3PL partners.

● Monitor industry trends and identify sourcing opportunities.

● Forecast future demand and manage purchase requisitions.

● Evaluate and establish relationships with potential suppliers.

● Track key metrics and KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

● Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize procurement challenges.

● Drive savings in franchise raw material procurement with category buyers.

● Ensure continuous improvement in procurement processes.

● Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software is essential.
