We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Sourcing & Procurement Manager to support our Discovery, Research, and Early Development teams. In this high-impact role, you'll manage $30–40M in preclinical spend, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and lead supplier negotiations across areas including animal studies, GLP/non-GLP services, PK/PD, sequencing, and assay development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for preclinical categories
• Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract management (MSAs, SLAs, SOWs)
• Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Finance, Legal, and Business Ops
• Optimize supplier performance and manage key vendor relationships
• Drive cost savings, efficiency, and compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain; MS/MBA preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing within biotech/pharma
• Deep knowledge of preclinical research services and laboratory procurement
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and contracting skills
