Procurement Lead – Vending

We’re supporting a hospitality business to recruit an experienced Procurement Lead to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a newly created strategic role with high visibility and long-term progression potential.

You’ll take ownership of procurement activities across a range of vending categories, including self-serve food & beverage, equipment sourcing, technical service, and supplier contract management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the vending procurement category and drive value across commercial and operational areas
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management plans
• Manage complex tenders and high-value supplier relationships
• Oversee contract negotiation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Collaborate across departments to support innovation, digital tools, and operational efficiencies
• Evaluate supplier performance and build a robust procurement framework
