Summary
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the file room representative with the maintenance of paper documents that are maintained by the organization. Assists with retrieving records as needed and ensure system is well organized. Maintains the integrity of the confidential records stored in the file room.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with pulling backlog of closed indirect loan contracts and preparing them for Iron Mountain storage.
- Assist with updating ANET tracking records for files sent to Iron Mountain
- Checks files at regular intervals to make sure that all items are correctly sequenced and placed.
- Assists with requests made by internal staff for a file and/or documentation located in the file room.
- Assist with any Processing Management projects ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with various Processing Management duties to provide backup when needed.
The salary range for this position starts at $16/hr., and depends on experience.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
This internship requires no previous experience; however, current enrollment in high school, college, or trade school is required.
