As part of strengthening our activities, and to support one of our historic clients, we are looking for a:


Process Utilities Leader


Your mission :

  • Lead the design, coordination, and implementation of utility systems (e.g., water treatment, boilers, compressed air, storage systems).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of utility system components.
  • Validate technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical support in the management and optimization of utilities, ensuring performance and sustainability.
  • Work alongside process engineers and project managers to integrate utility systems seamlessly into the overall project design.
  • Manage and oversee the entire utility systems lifecycle, from initial design to final implementation.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and operational procedures, is maintained.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and reduce operational costs and environmental impact.


Your profile :

  • Degree or advanced degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in utility systems in EPC projects (chemical, petrochemical, or similar industries).
  • Experience in leading and managing utility systems design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment, boilers, compressed air, and utility systems integration.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating teams and managing external contractors.
  • Knowledge of EPC project processes and the ability to oversee complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to propose practical solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Fluency in English is required.


Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland, either by holding Swiss nationality or being a citizen of an EU/EFTA member country.
