Process Safety Management Expert

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Developing framework for performing QRA
• Participation / Facilitation in/of different PHA studies involving HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, QRA
• Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Assessment IEC-61511
• Safety Critical Equipment (SCEs) Management using LOPA and Bow-Tie Analysis
• Process Design Assurance / Verification
• Perform SIL verification using exSILentia.
• Write plans for management of functional safety throughout the safety lifecycle

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge

• Ability to use DNV – PHAST / SAFETI
• Ability to use Exida – ExSILentia
• Generation of SRS Report for identified SIFs.

Education: Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
