About the Role:

The Process Quality Engineer will assist in establishing, controlling, and maintaining a system of quality assurance which will ensure the processing of product which conforms to all requirements. You are a detail oriented, critical thinker who is enthusiastic about product and process quality and continuous improvement. As Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of production issues through detailed root cause investigations. This role will require someone that possesses the ability to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute to the effectiveness of the organization. The Process Quality Engineer will create, refine, educate, and implement standard process adherence throughout workforce.

What You Will Do:

  • Monitor and analyze, as required, to assure all processes remain in control, and products conform to all customer requirements
  • Create and maintain KPIs for monitoring of process and/or product quality, perform analysis, and interpret trends, identifying and activating on appropriate actions as necessary
  • Perform root cause analysis of identified issues and identify appropriate corrective and preventive action
  • Prioritize and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects, alone or as part of a team, to drive customer satisfaction and business productivity
  • Compiles and writes training material along with conducting training sessions around quality control activities - Continuous improvement, Lean activities, and quality techniques
  • Development and continuous improvement of QA inspection process and procedures to ensure consistent quality
  • Lead all written procedures, SOPs
  • Perform other duties as assigned within your scope of responsibilities

Who You Are:

  1. General:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of related work experience.
  1. Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Superior Analytical skills.
