Summary

Join our Center of Competence (CoC) Digital & Development and become part of driving digitalization and business development within SWISS TechOps. We need you to continuously drive improvement of our processes and activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.

Starting date: August 01, 2025 or upon agreement

Tasks

Together with two colleagues, lead SWISS TechOps' continuous improvement activities by managing our idea hub, executing workshops and structuring processes. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional results and maximize engagement.

  • Promote Kaizen/continuous improvement philosophy and culture within SWISS TechOps
  • Support TechOps units in planning and executing improvement workshops; train participants and moderate workshops
  • Manage idea hub and identify areas with improvement potential; ensure quick wins, plan and execute further sustainable improvements
  • Ensure measures are implemented promptly; lead implementation if beyond line organization capabilities
  • Model processes in process tool (ProX) ensuring modeling guidelines are adhered to
  • Regularly review SWISS TechOps process landscape and adapt to organization’s need
  • Review existing processes, recommend efficiency improvements considering stakeholder needs
  • Define improvement targets and roadmap for TechOps; report to management and KPIs availability

Requirements

We seek an open minded, self-motivated and flexible aviation enthusiast with a winning personality, who loves to drive improvements activities by engaging stakeholders on all levels, leveraging own expertise and previous experience.

  • University degree or apprenticeship and HF degree in combination with work experience, preferably in area of continuous improvement
  • Kaizen, Lean and/or Process Engineering principles
  • Familiarity with CAMO and/or maintenance organizations and processes is a plus
  • AMOS know-how of advantage
  • Team player with positive attitude and social sensitivity
  • Driving personality with willingness to continuously improve
  • Strong communication, presentation and moderation skills
  • Very good English and German language skills (written and spoken)
