Veghel Salary Range 45 K gross 5 shifts At Mars we now have an exciting opportunity for a Process Operator, come and join our factory team! The Process Operator will be accountable for the managing of several machines, processes, pieces of equipment, quality control and operational decisions at line level to achieve production goals. You will be first point of call should there be any technical issues with production machinery and will be expected to identify the issue and repair mechanical breakdowns. What are we looking for? Educated to MBO 4, Vapro A and Vapro B level. Mechanical training or background is a must. Experience in the food industry. Experience in analysis of disruptions on the machines. Understanding of working safely. Goals oriented team player mentality Thinking in solutions What will be your key responsibilities? Working safely according to Mars standards. Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns on production machinery. Accountable for quality check, controlling the machines and production processes. Analysing the disruptions and breakdowns.
