📍 Location: Bucharest, Romania - Hybrid – 1 day/week mandatory in-office

Are you a detail-oriented operations professional with a proactive mindset? We’re looking for an Operational Process Management Analyst to join our Global Deal Centre team and play a vital role in supporting global OEM customers.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Support Package Registration:
• Register support packages purchased by global customers from Client
• Coordinate with international sales representatives and external stakeholders (mainly via email)
• Focus on post-sales support activities
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus
• Quotation Management:
• Prepare accurate quotes across various support services
• Act as a central point of contact for sales and operations
• Create work instructions and perform quality assurance checks

🛠️ What You Bring:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Background in business or economics is an advantage
• Experience in operational helpdesk and administrative roles is beneficial
