Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally

• Group Leader is responsible for overall performance of various projects / sub – groups of the department assigned to him/her
• Establish norms for various departmental activities.
• Allot manpower for projects and review and optimize man hours
• Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual
• Review Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations
• Review Hydraulic calculation of network lines
• Lead, Guide, Assist the Process Engineering Team & other Project Team members to execute contract activities.
• To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to team.
• Ensuring that all work performed complies fully with all applicable codes , regulations and standards as well as company design standards and client requirements
• Review of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram
