Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support their Portfolio Management organization within Payment Services.

This is a long-term contract opportunity that is hybrid to Riverwoods, IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiative Management: Oversee and manage dozens of smaller initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Intake Coordination: Facilitate the intake process for new projects, ensuring accurate data management and recording using tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Compliance and Validation: Coordinate compliance and validation activities to ensure all projects meet regulatory and organizational standards.
• Product Support: Provide general support to product partners across the globe, assisting in bringing products to market efficiently.
• Documentation and Organization: Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure organized project management practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders effectively, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk and Compliance: Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in managing technical and business projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Previous experience in the payments industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Experience in risk management and compliance is a plus.

Pay: 65-70/hr W2
