Responsibilities

• Assist various departments in studying, analyzing, and identifying solutions for long-standing issues.
• Study, gather data, and determine the optimal processes and methods for working safely, with quality and efficiency, particularly for new processes.
• Explore and develop strategies to improve and enhance current processes, making them safer, higher in quality, more efficient, and capable of yielding better results.
• Research and stay updated on new scientific advancements and techniques to incorporate them into process improvements.
• Establish standards, such as process factors and work procedures for newly developed tasks, and provide training to ensure that workers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in production processes.
• Experience in designing machinery, electrical systems, electronics, computers, or other relevant fields.
• Proficient in English. Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Possesses knowledge in production process design.
• Experience in designing and improving
